Room Configurations
Fairmont
Located in the Main and Manor wings, Fairmont rooms are comfortable for two occupants. Rooms are available in smoking or non-smoking and consist of one king or queen-sized bed, two single beds, or one queen plus one single bed. Living space is limited.
Fairmont Deluxe
These rooms offer the largest regular guest accommodations at the Banff Springs and are located in the Main or Manor wings or in the Conference Centre. They are suitable for up to four adult occupants. Rooms are available in smoking or non-smoking and may consist of one king or queen-sized bed, two single beds, one queen plus one single bed, or two queens.
A limited number of rooms may accommodate a cot.
Premiere
Premiere rooms are located in the Main or Manor wings of the hotel. Unique features in the Main wing rooms reflect the era in which the hotel was constructed. These rooms are comfortable for
two people and offer a choice of smoking or non-smoking. In the Manor wing, rooms are spacious, comfortable and designed to reflect the familiar surroundings of home. These rooms consist of one king bed which is ideal for two people or two queen beds which can be ideal for families of up to four. One Bedroom Suite
One-bedroom suites in both the Main wing and the Tudor House offer a bedroom with an adjoining parlour. These rooms boast spectacular views of the Bow River Valley and surrounding mountains. Suites have a king-sized bed or two queens (in the Tudor House suites), and a pull-out couch in the parlour. Available in smoking or non-smoking. Please note two-bedroom suites are available upon request.

Video aerobics are available for those who wish to work out between scheduled classes or on an individual basis. This 35,000 square feet facility is divided into six main areas of operation, which are all wheelchair accessible. There is easy elevator access to the Spa and pool areas, and full hotel perimeter access via the roof top terrace. Ladies and men's multi-treatment rooms and lounges are situated on the second floor above the impressive mineral spa pool.
Antique fixtures adorn the walls while three cascading waterfall pools complete an oasis of luxury.
