Babysitting

Babysitting service is available with 24-hour notice through Royal Service. Prices are as follows: $10.00 per hour for up to two children. Each additional child is an extra $2.75 per hour. Prices are subject to change.

Bell Desk

The Bell Desk is located at the main entrance of the hotel. Service is available 24-hours-a-day. Guest Services will be happy to assist you with baggage and luggage storage.

Concierge

The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby. Our Concierge can assist you with dinner reservations, activity bookings, transportation and directions to major attractions in the area.

Housekeeping

Our Housekeeping team will provide extra amenities such as cribs and cots as requested and also handle all requests for lost & found items.

Laundry Services

Same day dry-cleaning service is available to our guests. Dry-cleaning is picked up daily by 8 a.m. to be returned to your room for 7 p.m. nightly.

Parking
The hotel is connected to a covered parkade. Self or valet parking is available to our guests at a daily flat rate of $10 with unlimited access. Valet service is complimentary at self-parking rates.

Pet Policy

Seeing-Eye dogs are welcome at no charge. Small and well-behaved pets under 20 lbs are permitted in the hotel at a charge of $25.00 daily. Your pet is welcomed and registered upon check-in. You will be given a pet pack with a gift and guidelines for your pet. Animals are to be supervised and on a leash at all times. Pet-sitting services are available through Royal Service.

Wheelchair Accessibility

The hotel has a total of 7 rooms that are wheelchair accessible. These rooms have wider door frames and large passageways. The bathrooms are equipped with safety rails. Ramps are located throughout the hotel, with the exception of the pool. A limited number of wheelchairs and some special equipment is available by request through Royal Service.
