• 25% deposit on booking and balance due in full 45 days prior to arrival.
• Check with your individual credit card company for current rates of exchange
• Rebooking to an alternate date 45 days prior to original arrival date, subject to availability at no fee.
• Full cancellation more than 45 days prior, cancellation fee is $250.00 per person.
• Cancellation of any Rocky Mountaineer Railtour within 60 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is an additional $300.00 per person.
• Full cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival, in the absence of trip cancellation insurance, is non-refundable.
