Golf Canada’s West Vacation Features

• For those Golf Canada’s West vacations including “Meet & Greet Services”, our representative will greet you personally at the Hertz counter of your gateway airport in Canada.  Our representative will present your comprehensive arrival kit including clear directions to your hotel, in addition to all required travel vouchers and local area information.  Where rental cars are included they will ensure arrangements are to your satisfaction.
• Vacations including the use of a Hertz rental vehicle feature unlimited kilometers. Loss damage waiver insurance is not included, so please check with your credit card company and/or insurance broker for coverage prior to travel. At the end of your visit, be sure to return the vehicle to the rental agency with a full tank of gas. Full size vehicles may be upgraded to include luxury, 4×4 or minivan vehicles.
• Specific hotel properties will vary according to your chosen vacation. All vacations include trusted quality accommodations. Valet parking or self-parking is included at select accommodation properties only.  Porterage service is included where mandated by the hotel.  Room upgrades are available at select hotels. Falcon Crest Lodge, Stone Ridge Mountain Resort, Copperstone Resort, Panorama Mountain Resort, Predator Ridge Villas, Summit Lodge and Delta Whistler Village Suites include kitchen facilities.
• All rounds of golf include 18 holes and the use of power cart.  Access to driving range is included at most courses, with some exceptions that will be outlined in your confirmation of services.
• Extra rounds of golf may be added to any vacation itinerary
• Trip cancellation insurance may be purchased at the time of vacation confirmation.
• Prices are net per person in CANADIAN FUNDS based on double occupancy.
• Seasonal rates apply to vacations that begin and end within the season date rate outline
• A 5% Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged on goods and services in Alberta. A 12% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is charged for goods and services in British Columbia.
• If your Golf Canada’s West vacation qualifies for the Visitor Sales Tax Rebate, it will be credited on your confirmation of services form.  Qualifying packages will be charged 50% of the GST and/or HST charged (subject to visitor’s country of residence and package inclusions).
• Your vacation includes all taxes and gratuities on included services.
• During your vacation we provide 24 hour emergency phone coverage and availability.
