Yes, Victoria is Canada’s only true year-round golf destination due to its mild sub-mediterranean climate. While the peak season runs from April to October, many of our clients enjoy “winter golf” packages between November and March when the courses remain green and playable.
Most golfers arrive via the BC Ferries terminal at Swartz Bay (a 35-minute drive from downtown) or by flying into Victoria International Airport (YYJ). For a more scenic arrival, floatplane services offer direct flights into the Inner Harbour from Vancouver or Seattle.
Transportation is not included in the base package, so we recommend a rental car for maximum flexibility. While some courses like Highland Pacific are only 15 minutes from downtown, others like Arbutus Ridge require a 40-minute drive over the scenic Malahat Highland.
